Music Ministry is an important aspect of worship at O'Fallon UCC.  Every service includes at least one 'special' selection from one of the many groups.  The Music Ministry Committee meets about every month to plan events, organize fellowship opportunities, and oversee the entire music program.   

O'Fallon UCC offers many musical opportunities for those interested.

Chancel Choir - meets Sunday mornings every week from 8:15-9:30 a.m. - sings in church twice a month.

Handbell Choir - meets Sundays every week from 7:30-8:30 p.m. - plays in church once a month.

Orff Ensemble - meets Sunday mornings every week from 10:45-11:45 a.m. - plays in church once a month.

Day 6 - meets as needed - sings periodically throughout the year and at special community events.

Cherub Choir - under the direction of Tarrah Norgaard the choir rehearses every Sunday morning at 10:45 a.m. - sings about every month through the school year.

Praise Band - Helps lead worship once a month.

Special Music - a variety of soloists and/or special musicians are heard throughout the year.

The Music Ministry Committee sponsors a scholarship program open to any college student who is active in one of the church ensembles regardless if they are a member or not.  Scholarships are given at the end of every semester.  Contact the Director of Music for more information.
